Four Seasons Resort Lanai appoints KCC grad as Nobu’s new executive chef


Four Seasons Resort Lanai has named Christopher Texeira as the new executive chef of its upscale Japanese restaurant Nobu Lanai.

Texeira, who brings more than 15 years of culinary experience to the position, helped open the restaurant in 2012 after working at Nobu Waikiki, which moved from the Waikiki Parc Hotel to the ground floor The Howard Hughes Corp.’s luxury condominium building Waiea.
