Birmingham has its very own new biergarten.
Brät Brot, which means “sausage bread,” has opened in the Southside neighborhood of Birmingham.
The restaurant serves lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch.
The lunch and dinner menu includes items such as pretzels, bratwurst, Jackfruit Boudin, leberwurst spread, schnitzel fingers, and Bavarian potato salad. Its “Birminghamburger” consists of beer cheese, bacon, arugula, pickled onion, and smoked mayo on a pretzel bun.
