Zoes Kitchen opens new Triad location
Zoës Kitchen (NYSE: ZOES), a fast-casual restaurant serving fresh, made-from-scratch Mediterranean dishes, is continuing its expansion in the Triad area with the opening of its Wendover Commons location at 11 a.m. on Thursday.
The second Zoës Kitchen in Greensboro is located at 4524 W. Wendover Ave., near Academy Sports + Outdoors. New offerings will include baked falafel and family dinners with Moroccan citrus chicken, turmeric rice, and baked ravioli.

Report: Sony sues Auburn-based Knee Deep Brewing Co.
Sony Pictures Television has sued Knee Deep Brewing Co., and is trying to get the Auburn-based brewery to stop using a beer logo that Sony claims is copied from the popular “Breaking Bad” TV series, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The lawsuit involves the brewery's “Breaking Bud” beer, which includes a logo and other elements that Sony contends “hijack the famous brand identity” of the “Breaking Bad” series, the article says. It adds:
