CBJ Buzz: University City project by Tribute Cos. on zoning agenda; Charlotte Checkers to host AHL playoffs

Wilmington-based Tribute Cos. is seeking to rezone about 182.7 acres off Interstate 485, near the Interstate 85 junction, to allow the development of 1,950 residential units, a school and a public park.
