Hawaii Office of Consumer Protection investigates Zippy’s data breach


The Hawaii Office of Consumer Protection is launching an investigation into a data breach that impacted all 25 Zippy’s Restaurants in the state as well as its Napoleon’s Bakery, Kahala Sushi and Pearl City Sushi locations.

The restaurant announced on Friday that debit and credit cards used at any of the affected restaurants between Nov. 23 and March 29 may have been compromised.
