Phil Brewer is stepping down as economic development director of Cedar Park.
His last day is Friday, the Austin American-Statesman reports.
Brewer has been the point man for corporate relocations and general business development for 13 years in the suburb northwest of Austin. He's overseen a major diversification of Cedar Park's retail base and a growing number of businesses setting up headquarters in the town with a population of more than 68,000.
