Central Falls seeks housing deal with downtown warehouse developers; federal money could be on tap


Thomas Deller — the city's planning and economic development director — confirmed Wednesday that Central Falls has crafted a vision statement for 110 housing units in three buildings on the site of the former lightbulb factory, with ground floor commercial space on Broad Street.
