Central Warehouse ownership officially transferred to developers planning apartments, commercial space


The deeds were signed Thursday transferring ownership of the decrepit Central Warehouse to a development team that anticipates spending upwards of $100 million to convert the 11-story building into apartments, commercial space and potentially a rooftop bar/restaurant.
