CEO out at Franklin Synergy Bank


Richard Herrington, CEO of Franklin Synergy Bank, is leaving the bank he has led since its launch in 2007.

The bank (NYSE: FSB) announced late Friday afternoon that Herrington is retiring. In addition, his son Kevin Herrington is resigning as the bank's chief operating officer. Both departures are effective immediately.
