Cerner picks outsider to take over key C-level position


An executive with more than 20 years of experience in health care, including nearly 10 years in executive HR roles at Medtronic, will join Cerner as its new chief human resources officer. She succeeds Julie Wilson, who spent 16 of her 24 years with Cerner in the role of chief people officer, leading the company's dramatic hiring efforts.
