John Zapp has been replaced as chairman of the board at Chuy’s Holdings Inc. after he was arrested for allegedly punching his wife in the face.
He was jailed April 23 and charged with assault family violence, the Austin American-Statesman reports. The arrest stemmed from a March 18 incident when Zapp allegedly hit his wife following an argument in the car, according to a police affidavit.
