Real estate veteran Ned Curran reflects on his work with Ballantyne, Bissell and beyond


Ned Curran spent much of his real estate career realizing the vision for what everyone knows today as Ballantyne. He retired in 2020, three years after a blockbuster deal to sell those holdings, but he's still involved in efforts that could reshape parts of Charlotte in the decades to come.
