Charlotte City Council approves Related Group’s rezoning for redevelopment of SouthPark condos


The change allows the Miami-based developer to move forward with plans to replace the 50-year-old condo development with 60,000 square feet of retail, 730 multifamily units and 18 to 24 townhomes.
