Charlotte city government to analyze possible addition of sports tourism at Eastland Yards

Charlotte City Council’s economic development committee both widened and narrowed the field for a 29-acre site at Eastland Yards, voting to further vet two proposals, dump two others and, potentially, add a sports tourism project to the mix.
