Charlotte home-price gains outpaced by Cleveland and New York in latest Case-Shiller index


The Charlotte metro posted another monthly gain in home prices in May as its annual pace continued to cool from record highs set last year, the latest S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller index shows.
