Charlotte’s latest rezoning requests include apartments, auto shop and senior-living facility


Developers filed three rezoning petitions with the city between Nov. 18 and Nov. 30, including a 240-unit apartment community in north Charlotte.

Nov. 30: 2022-215 — Shorewood Development Group to rezone 8.7 acres at 10615 Twin Lakes Parkway, from BP to I-1(CD), to "develop the site with auto sales and repair."
