Chef Joshua Dalton’s Italian restaurant has made its move to Columbus, his second such transplant from downtown Delaware.
Speck Italian Eatery is now open at 89 N. High St. at the intersection of High and Gay streets, mere feet from Dalton’s popular Veritas restaurant and Citizens Trust bar.
Speck is described as a modern Italian restaurant with “delicious and playful dishes.”
