Chef Yia Vang’s Union Hmong Kitchen to launch noodle pop-up in Lyn-Lake


Chef Yia Vang and his Union Hmong Kitchen team are planning several limited-run pop-ups in the former Trattoria Mucci space in Minneapolis' Lyn-Lake neighborhood, near the border of Uptown.

First up is Slurp Pop Up Noodle Shop, whose menu will feature six dishes: three "brothy" dishes and three "saucy" dishes, including Khao poon (a Laotian noodle soup), mushroom ramen and pan-fried noodles.
