Cherry Hills businessman named in securities fraud indictment


A state grand jury has returned a nine-count indictment against a Cherry Hills man accused of securities fraud.

Gary Jule Dragul, of GDA Real Estate Services LLC, is charged with nine felonies in a case presented by the Colorado Attorney General's office following an investigation by the Colorado Division of Securities.
