Chestnut Hill apartments sell for $170M


Goldman Sachs Asset Management Private Real Estate paid $170 million for Chestnut Hill Village and Blosson Row, a two-property apartment portfolio that has a total of 821 units.

Chestnut Hill Village at 7715 Crittenden St. has 704 units in 23 two- and three-story buildings. Blossom Row at 7650 Crittenden St. encompasses 117 two-story townhouse that have fenced-in backyards and finished basements. They sit on a total of 45 acres and near the Wyndmoor train station.
