Chick-fil-A buys Clintonville site formerly home to Tee Jaye’s


Chick-fil-A now owns the Clintonville site where it is building a new restaurant.

The Atlanta-based fast food chain paid $3.35 million for the 2.2 acres at 4910 N. High St, according to Franklin County property records.

The transfer occurred Aug. 2. The land previously was owned by a California-based charitable trust.

The Clintonville eatery will be the 13th Chick-fil-A in Central Ohio. The chain's local presence includes includes two restaurants inside malls.
