Chipotle tests new energy-efficient restaurant design


Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. has unveiled a new restaurant design that aims to use 100% renewable energy to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

The fast-casual Mexican restaurant chain said the new all-electric design aims to maximize energy efficiency and uses renewable energy from wind power and solar through the purchase of certified renewable energy credits.
