Louisville Metro Government has finalized its deal with for the redevelopment of the former Urban Government Center property on Barret Avenue, just south of Broadway.
The Marian Group of Louisville will redevelop the 12-acre site into townhomes, shotgun-style single-family homes, multifamily rental units and condo flats, according to a news release.
