The city-owned Hilton Baltimore turned a profit for the second year in a row in 2018, despite an occupancy rate that fell by nearly six percentage points compared with the year before.
The property earned $571,144 in 2018, according to a recent audit from CliftonLarsonAllen LLP. That brings the hotel's deficit down to $82.6 million as it approaches its 11th year in operation.
