City selects Rule Enterprises to develop apartments near Komatsu, Rockwell


The city of Milwaukee has selected local developer Rule Enterprises LLC to buy a city-owned lot and build mixed-income apartments, according to a Tuesday announcement. The site is 200 E. Greenfield Ave., next to the Cermak Fresh Market in the Freshwater Plaza redevelopment in the city's Harbor District.
