Clarksville apartment complex sells for $5 million


The price tag is indicative of Clarksville’s rising prominence in the region. Clarksville has seen numerous jobs announcements that will bring thousands of jobs to the community in the coming years. However, the city, like much of Tennessee, lacks the housing to support the promised growth.
