Class action suit alleges Legacy Health denies nurses meal breaks


A former nurse at Legacy Health filed a class action lawsuit against the Portland-based hospital system on Wednesday, alleging that nurses were denied payment for all the hours they work, as well as meal and rest periods, in compliance with state and federal labor laws.
