Cleveland City Council signs off on updated riverfront agreement with Bedrock

The agreement is aligned with Cleveland's Cuyahoga Riverfront Master Plan, a multiyear plan that reimagines 35 acres along the riverfront, including Bedrock-owned Tower City Center.
