Cleveland Planning Commission wants Bedrock, Cavs, Clinic to up their game on design of riverfront practice facility

Cleveland planning commissioners are less than thrilled that the ground floor of the Cleveland Clinic Global Peak Performance Center will edge a waterfront promenade with 105 to 110 parking spaces enclosed by glass.
