Cleveland unveils concepts for project to open lakefront to development, recreation (RENDERINGS)

The North Coast Master Plan and related North Coast Connector projects seek to bridge the highway, railroad tracks and 65-foot bluff that separate downtown Cleveland from its lakefront.
