Clint Reilly Landmark Properties sues Newmark, Knotel over millions in unpaid rent

Knotel faced more than a dozen lawsuits over unpaid rent in San Francisco in the first year of the pandemic. This suit appears to be the first filed against the co-working brand since it was acquired by Newmark Group.
