Coeptis Therapeutics to acquire cell therapies from Deverra Therapeutics

Wexford-based pharmaceutical company Coeptis Therapeutics Holdings Inc. saw its shares rise 10% Tuesday after it announced plans to acquire a cell therapy in phase one clinical trials.
