The owner of one of Minnesota's largest breweries just got bigger.
Seattle-based private equity firm Brynwood Partners – which owns Cold Spring Brewing Co. – announced it bought Carolina Beverage Group for an undisclosed amount. It bought the company from SunTx Capital Partners and other selling shareholders, according to a news release.
