Coldwell Banker Bain of Seattle buys Oregon brokerage


Coldwell Banker Bain is expanding its presence in Oregon with the purchase of Coldwell Banker Morris Real Estate.

Terms of the deal, which was announced Monday, were not disclosed.

The acquisition of the Bend real estate firm expands Coldwell Banker Bain's presence in the state to four offices, joining its two locations in Portland and another in Lake Oswego. The company will have 300 brokers in Oregon when the transaction closes, which is expected to happen in early October.
