Colliers Florida president, based in Tampa, to oversee operations for entire Southeast


Six months after Colliers International promoted Ryan Kratz to a statewide role, the Tampa-based real estate executive's purview is growing again — to include the entire Southeast.

Colliers International said Monday that Kratz will oversee 20 corporate-owned offices in the Southeast, including Atlanta. Managing director Danny Rice will continue to lead the Tampa, Orlando and Southwest Florida markets for Colliers.
