Colliers report: Dayton market reflects ‘insatiable’ demand for space in second quarter


The Dayton industrial market has seen a record in activity in the first half of 2022 with the second quarter of 2022 coming on the heels of unprecedented demand which has yet to ease, according to a new report from Colliers International.
