Columbus leaps five spots to become fourth hottest housing market nationwide


Columbus reached its highest rank last month on Realtor.com's list of the nation's hottest housing markets, coming in at No. 4.

The numbers are based on how many hits each home listing gets as well as how quickly homes are moving. Realtor.com's listings show the median price rising to $140,000 and active listings down to 2,140.
