Commonwealth Court uphold’s Wexford’s research tower plan for Forbes Avenue in Oakland

Decision gives Wexford the approval for long-delayed property along the Forbes Avenue business district as the firm finishes up development of the Assembly redevelopment in the Baum-Centre corridor.
