Compass CEO: Florida continues to be a thriving residential market


Compass CEO Robert Reffkin said Florida’s residential market, especially along the west coast, has seen sustained buyer demand despite the national economic turmoil.

Reffkin gave a market update on April 18 detailing the brokerage’s continued expansion across Florida’s west coast. He told the Tampa Bay Business Journal that prices have been “pretty stable given the short supply” and said the inventory has not kept up with the demand throughout the region.
