Construction advances on Lexington Station in St. Paul


Lexington Station, the $76 million, 304-unit apartment project that has struggled to be built for years in Saint Paul’s Frogtown neighborhood, finally has an end date in sight.

Finance & Commerce reported Tuesday that Anderson Cos. has pulled the city’s single largest C-I permit this year in March, for $47 million.

Barrett Corwin at developer Alatus told F&C that the project is on track for completion at the end of 2024. The site is located at 411 Lexington Parkway near University Avenue.
