Construction of Circle Brewing’s Elgin spot back on track


Circle Brewing Co.'s plans for a production facility and taproom on 23 acres in Elgin were coming to fruition in 2019 as the city approved tax incentives, but the pandemic derailed construction and more than doubled the estimated costs. Now, work is back on track and the location may open by the end of the year, co-founder Ben Sabel says.
