A collection of eight luxury townhomes in downtown Raleigh announced late last year is moving forward with floor plans finalized and construction under way.
Dukes Properties & Construction of Raleigh bought the 0.32 acres at the corner of West Lenoir Street and South West Street last November for around $2 million. By December, officials had announced plans for The Dukes at City View townhome community. With the property already under construction, the first homes will be available later this year.
