Copaken pulls back curtain on 13-story Crossroads apartment high-rise along streetcar


Copaken Brooks has had its eye on redeveloping a stretch of retail properties along Main Street for several years. During the past year, the Kansas City developer has honed plans for a 13-story, 120-apartment, $38.9 million high-rise that, pending coming city approvals, could break ground before the year's end.
