Copaken Brooks for years has share office concepts for a block at 13th Street and Grand Boulevard, and it has explored other ideas in tandem with Hunt Midwest at the former Board of Education building site just east. The first public details have emerged on what's now envisioned for the two prime blocks in downtown Kansas City.
