The owners behind The Copper Hen Cakery & Kitchen on Eat Street in Minneapolis have another concept on the way.
Chris Bjorling, who co-owns Copper Hen with his wife Danielle Bjorling, presented a liquor license application for Gray Fox Coffee & Wine at the Downtown Minneapolis Neighborhood Association (DMNA) meeting Tuesday night, DMNA Finance Coordinator Christie Hantge said.
