Cresco Labs to close West Sacramento cannabis distribution hub, eliminating 44 jobs

Cannabis and medical marijuana company Cresco Labs is closing its West Sacramento distribution location May 15 at a cost of 44 jobs, the company reported this week to state employment officials.
