Crisp & Green signs franchise deal to accelerate nationwide expansion


Build-your-own salad chain Crisp & Green has reached a development deal with a franchise partner to open 40 restaurants, part of a plan to expand into 15 more states by the end of the year.

The 40-unit development agreement with Salads & Smoothies LLC adds to an existing 11-unit agreement with Crisp & Green, and the group plans to open all 51 locations by 2028.
