Crocs takes innovative approach to hybrid work and new headquarters


In a rare move, Crocs announced it was expanding its Colorado headquarters, not once, but twice during the pandemic.

During 2020, the footwear company moved into its new headquarters at 13601 Via Varra in Broomfield, Colorado. But it quickly outgrew its 88,000 square feet there.

“Quite frankly, we would have stayed had it met our needs. We think it’s a good location,” said Shannon Sisler, chief people officer at Crocs.
