CrossFirst sets IPO share price lower than expected


CrossFirst Bankshares Inc. priced the 7 million shares of common stock that it will offer to the public at $14.50 per share, which is 50 cents lower than the bottom of its predicted range.

The shares will begin trading Thursday on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "CFB." The initial public offering is expected to be completed by Monday.

CrossFirst granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,051,738 additional shares at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts.
