Culaccino Bar + Italian Kitchen named Sasha Krohn as the chef for its upcoming restaurant.
Krohn has worked at Ad Lib farm-to-table restaurant in Chicago, as well as The Astor Hotel, AP Bar & Kitchen and Mason Street Grill. He most recently worked at Glorioso’s Italian Market, according to a news release.
Krohn traveled to Italy to learn about the origins of classic dishes and traditional techniques, the release says. The experience inspired much of Culaccino’s menu.
